Welcome to Bunny Honey Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including Bunny Honey Studios, Bunny Code, Honey Software, and Bunny Honey Club VIP.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services.
By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service Provider
The services are provided by Bunny Honey Club S.R.L., a company registered in Romania ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Services Defined
Our ecosystem consists of four distinct divisions:
Bunny Honey Studios: A subscription-based creative agency providing video and content production services.
Bunny Code: Software development, engineering, and coding services.
Honey Software: Access to proprietary software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and digital tools.
Bunny Honey Club VIP: A paid membership community offering exclusive access to content, networking, private channels, and digital resources.

3. Subscriptions & Billing
Recurring Billing: Subscriptions (for Studios, Code, Software, or VIP) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file via Stripe at the beginning of every billing cycle.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access to the Services (including the VIP community and software tools) will be immediately suspended until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing us at info@bunnyhoneyclub.com.

Effect of Cancellation:
Studios/Code: Work stops at the end of the billing period.
VIP/Software: Access remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which your account and community access will be deactivated.

Notice: No prior notice is required to cancel; however, cancellations must be processed before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

5. Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy:
Due to the digital and custom nature of our products, refunds are governed as follows:
Studios & Code (Services): Refunds are not available once work has commenced (e.g., once a project board is active, a dedicated manager is assigned, or a brief is received). The (monthly) fee pays for the reservation of our team's time.
Bunny Honey Club VIP (Membership): Refunds are not available for VIP memberships. Access to the community, digital libraries, and exclusive content is considered "delivered" immediately upon login.
Honey Software (Digital Products): Refunds are granted only if the software is technically non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within 90 days of your report.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or lack of usage.

Chargebacks:
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of access to all services and community platforms.

EU Digital Services Waiver:
By purchasing digital services, memberships, or software, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Studios & Code: Upon full payment, the Client (you) owns the rights to the final deliverables (videos, code) created specifically for you.
VIP & Software: All materials, tools, content, and software provided inside Honey Software and Bunny Honey Club VIP remain the intellectual property of Bunny Honey Club S.R.L.. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your own business, but you may not resell or redistribute them.

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, or unlawful activity. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

For members of Bunny Honey Club VIP:
We reserve the right to terminate the account of any member who engages in harassment, hate speech, or spamming within our community channels.
In the event of termination for violation of these rules, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunny Honey Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, or performance results from the use of our services, software, content, or community advice. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
